App is absolute shite Crashes before it even opens. My previous phone allowed me to select open and scan before it crashed.
The app crashes constantly. I am using Android 11 on Samsung s21 Ultra 5g
I've had charged double for 48 months. From PayPal and my Credit card every 48 months. When I realized I contacted them and they said they were sorry and cancelled the second subscription which was caused by the system switch. They didn't bother to refund until I request a refund for double payments which was made a little less than it has to be. In fact, they've sent money instead of making a refund which result in some commission cut by PayPal. I'll switch to another service as soon as I can.
Used to be great until 2-factor authentication. Now, it's impossible to log in from the mobile app. And yes, Customer Service, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app today. It still doesn't work. To be clear, Traveling Mailbox as a service is great. My rating is restricted to this app.
Crashes upon starting
Excellent service and likely to keep indefinitely.
I like TM services, the webpage interface is good, but the mobile app leaves much to be desired, in fact it's basically useless. Rarely get notifications mail has arrived. Worse, scanned mail does not give an option to view. Must use browser. Just pathetic!
They don't respond to emails; it's been 7 days since I send an email and haven't got a response. I haven't set up my mailbox yet because the instructions aren't clear and no one answers the email.
It's very good but I hope to see more features and options
BUYER BEWARE! Our experience with Traveling Mailbox has been downright awful. We've been on the road full time this summer and opted to go with TM as our mail forwarding service. What a terrible decision. Weeks went by before our mail began to TRICKLE in. I'm talking a couple pieces of junk mail only. No sign of the test letters we sent our account or the test letter TRAVELING MAILBOX SENT THEMSELVES. To make matters worse, their customer service was pitiful. We had to call constantly and even when agents would promise to get in touch with us the next day, they never actually called (this happened three times). However, the real cherry on the top was their refusal to offer us any sort of refund when we reached out with all our complaints. Instead they blamed all the issues on Covid. I don't see Amazon taking weeks to get packages out due to Covid, why can't you guys scan some mail? Worst customer experience I've had in a long long time. Go kick rocks
